He is a Chemical Engineer with vast technical and senior management experience in blue chip companies such as Shell Chemicals. He has worked as Research and Development Manager in the Agricultural Industry, Climate Change Consultant and as Researcher on Ozone layer. His most recent assignment was as the Regional Head of Technical & Portfolio Development – Hytech Seed International. Dr Kocholla holds a Doctor of Philosophy degree.
